**Digital Readings**: For digital readings, you must provide a valid email address, your name and your question or focus at checkout. The reading will be delivered as a digital PDF via email within 24 hours of receiving your details.
**Live Zoom Readings**: For live Zoom readings (e.g., Tarot Reading, Psychic Reading, Mediumship Reading), you will be contacted via email to schedule your session after booking. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and Zoom access.
**In-Person Events**: For in-person tarot events, you must contact Dennis Valchez to schedule the event.
Dennis Valchez reserves the right to refuse service if the event conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
