3. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Returns
All purchases of Services from Denis Valchez are final. Due to the nature of the Services (digital readings delivered via email, live Zoom sessions, or in-person events), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the reading, perceived inaccuracies, or changes in personal circumstances. By purchasing a Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as the Services are personalized and delivered as described.
4. Future Is Changeable
You acknowledge that any insights, predictions, or messages provided during a reading are based on intuitive interpretation and are not guaranteed to occur. The future is inherently changeable and influenced by your choices, actions, and external factors. Denis Valchez is not responsible for any outcomes or events that differ from the insights provided during a reading.
5. Delivery of Services
**Digital Readings**: For digital readings (e.g., Same Day One Card Tarot Reading, Same Day Yes or No Reading, Same Day “What Does He/She Feel for Me?” Reading, Same Day Pregnancy Prediction Reading, Personalized Mini Mediumship Reading), you must provide a valid email address, your name and your question or focus at checkout. The reading will be delivered as a digital PDF via email within 24 hours of receiving your details.
**Live Zoom Readings**: For live Zoom readings (e.g., Tarot Reading, Psychic Reading, Mediumship Reading), you will be contacted via email to schedule your session after booking. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and Zoom access.
**In-Person Events**: For in-person tarot events, you must contact Denis Valchez to schedule the event.
Denis Valchez reserves the right to refuse service if the event conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
6. Client Responsibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Services from Denis Valchez. By purchasing a Service, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to use the Services responsibly. You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., email address, question/focus) at checkout to ensure proper delivery of the Service. Denis Valchez is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denis Valchez, its owner, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or decisions made based on the Services. Services are clearly marketed as for entertainment purposes only, in compliance with ACL requirements for fair trading and consumer protection.
The no-refund policy is disclosed upfront, as permitted under the ACL for personalized services delivered as described.
No false or misleading claims are made about the Services, ensuring compliance with ACL prohibitions on misleading conduct.

All content provided during the Services, including readings, messages, and interpretations, is the intellectual property of Denis Valchez. The name "Denis Valchez" is a registered trademark of Denis Valchez (ABN 30 125 512 241) in Australia under Class 45 for spiritual services. You may not use the name "Denis Valchez" or any similar mark in connection with spiritual services without prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content of the Services without prior written consent from Denis Valchez.

Denis Valchez reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Non-Responsibility for Scammer Payments
Dennis Valchez is not responsible for any payments sent to scammers or fraudulent entities pretending to be Dennis Valchez. I accept bookings and payments only through my official channels: my website (DennisValchez.com), my verified Instagram account (@DennisValchez), and my official Etsy shop (DennisValchez.etsy.com). Any payments made to other entities claiming to represent Dennis Valchez are at your own risk, and Dennis Valchez will not be liable for any resulting losses or damages. To ensure a secure booking, always verify the source before making a payment and book directly through my official channels.
13. Recording and Posting of TikTok Lives and Zoom Sessions
TikTok Live Streams: All TikTok Live streams hosted by Denis Valchez are recorded. By joining, commenting, or asking questions, you consent to being recorded and to Denis Valchez posting clips on TikTok, Instagram, or other social networks at my sole discretion. This is a public broadcast, and participation implies your agreement. If you do not wish to be featured, refrain from interacting or send a private message during the live to opt out. Participants must be 16+ per TikTok’s rules; Denis Valchez is not responsible for verifying age.
Zoom Sessions: All Zoom sessions (e.g., live readings or events) are recorded and may be posted on my social networks at my discretion. At the start of each session, I will announce: “This session is being recorded and may be shared online. If you object to recording or posting, please inform me now.” You must object at the beginning if you do not consent; silence or continued participation implies your agreement. If you opt out, I will exclude your voice or image from recordings or posts where possible.
Posting Rights: Denis Valchez reserves the right to use, edit, and share recorded content from TikTok Lives and Zoom sessions across my platforms for entertainment purposes, unless you’ve opted out as outlined above.
